Mike installed new windows in my lanai, built my shed and patio cover in the back, all in the past 1 1/2 years at 418 Pirates Point. Basically a patio cover is a carport in the back of the house and is built to code. All three projects survived the hurricane without a scratch. I believe the quality of his build actually held my house together. Neighbors on both sides had lanais, sheds and carports destroyed, windows were blown in and houses were uninhabitable. Something to think about. He does great work. He also installs new units in parks and has done several in Harbor Cove.
